Actually had to mute the video during Dan's self-righteous 15 minute talk about how he doesn't like fashion. He's so obsessed with his own personality sometimes... He has interesting opinions and I like him but man, we hear you the first time.
For the best moustaches on Giant Bomb, search for "Random PC Game: Police Quest SWAT". Brilliant stream which is only surpassed by the quality of FMV moustaches pretty much everybody sports.
The way Jeff talks about and seems to enjoy himself in this quick look really doesn't match the contents of his review and how he's talked about it on Gamespot and the Bombcast. Maybe he only started seeing the issues further into the game than where he is in the Quick Look?
Great to have @drewbert back! He seems to like the tranq sniper rifle. I'd recommend doing the "Gunsmith" side ops (there are 3) which unlocks gun customisation which is the only way to attach a silencer to that rifle. Silenced tranq sniper rifle really is awesome.
Prepare for fist bump with that annoying twitchy character. Raise said fist two feet higher. Perform said fist bump with a lot more power than required.
Also, unlocking Quiet is a game changer. She basically takes care of all of the tough and annoying parts of this game and makes for some awesome footage. I think Drew will love her. Good luck guys!
@epyo: well said man. I can reflect through the game now and I only remember me just owning enemies but when I stop to think about it, I remember what a disaster some of my earlier missions were. Especially the honey bee mission. Drew is under so much pressure and I feel for him but I also think he's doing really well considering everything. I think Dan does a good job but pushing Drew to put C4 on jeeps and stuff is too crazy at his point in learning the mechanics. In this mission, the way to do things is to just tail the guards and they lead you straight to the prisoner. Taking out just one person breaks the whole scripting. I think playing it on camera etc made Drew want to rush it which is how we ended up in the frustration Drew found. I think he's doing well overall but yes, Dan hand-holding him will never allow him to fully "get" the game and AI himself which I really think this game demands.
