Alright, you got me. (On the rating anyways. PG-13 Definitely isn't a family rating. 14 year-old me must not have been paying attention)   
 
Don't care for dogs, don't like dog shows, don't particularly care about people fawning over their pets.
I remember the gay couple having some funny moments, but that's about it.

The worst movie I have ever seen (and arguably, the worst movie of all time) is "Best In Show", a shitty family movie about a dog show.
