I kid, I kid. I can't say that the list really surprises me, except that I wasn't expecting to see Hunter x Hunter on the list, so that's cool, I guess.

P.S. That Zombiepie quote is pretty fantastic.

I understand that that's a commonly held view, but personally the narration and pacing didn't bother me at all. I felt like it was all quite deliberate and well-written and added to the tension.

Perhaps you should delve into what your taste is a little more. I'm not entirely sure just "smart and mature" is a helpful standard, especially 'cause that's sorta subjective to begin with (Code Geass and Death Note, for instance, I didn't find smart or mature, but I certainly found Madoka smart and mature)

Man, if I had $2000 when I was 12, let me tell ya'....I'd probably have bought video games, actually.

(And to echo everybody else, you don't need to go over 1000 for your first build, just make something upgradeable with that budget and you'll be fine)
