This show is amazing. I'm rewatching it piece by piece as I come home from work, and man, it is just beautifully put together. I'm sitting here listening to the song letting the feels hit me wave by wave drinking a corona with lime in it.

I can put up a case that Iroh may be one of the greatest characters in a television show. I'm a bit biased -- he is my favorite.
Well, similar to Avatar, the race politics of it are pretty dodgy. Both films are sort of predicated on the premise of "Here comes the strong white savior to come save the native american stand-ins/the poor uneducated black man". I think that the blind side especially bothers liberals (and I say this as a socialist, myself), because the premise really feels like someone trying to repent for a lot of white guilt. So, yeah, I'd say that the film is racist, in a passive, ignorant and benign way. I definitely don't think there's anything malicious about it, just profoundly misguided and patronizing.
I don't know man - I feel like Gomez slowly realizes he is in a game via clues that are given to the player that immediately alert the player that this inside a game world, so to speak.
I think I've given up, I always tell myself I'm gonna go and finish that last mission but I think it's impossible at this point without restarting a new game.
