I agree 100%, the RTS system, while neat, just wasn't fleshed out well enough.

Yeah...that always bugs the shit out me for those big games. I loved Uncharted 2, but I'm not gonna give UC 3 a 10 till I play it. We get it, you're pumped and that comment doesn't belong in this thread. If anything that game, like UC, will belong in the "hyped games you don't get" scope.

That didn't cement me as a gamer, I already was, but that game made me love RPGs and is the main reason I got a PS over an N64...I NEEDED Final Fantasy 7

I just liked the streamlined and fun feel, I enjoy shooters more than RPGs these days as I like my gaming hobby to be fast, frenetic and just fun. Heavily customization characters and what not is just to much work on for me, I just don't get that either. We all have our loves man, you just don't dig the set pieces like a lot of us do I think.

If you love the big sweeping epics, go Skyrim, rent UC 3 and play the campaign (as you are not a MP guy)

I myself, UC 3 NOW lol. But I have no patience whatsoever for super long games anymore...Dragon Age took me 2 years to finish :P
