As someone with a lower back injury who has been to both therapists and chiropractors, get a recommendation for a legitimate chiropractor. I don't even know how these assholes who claim they can "heal" shit even have businesses. Should be illegal to make those claims.

In real life you don't typically use flashbangs outdoors. The initial blast of light and sound would be the main effect, causing the temporary stun effect in a normal flashbang. A 9 banger serves 2 purposes. The main purpose being a normal flash bang(stun) part and the other being a distraction tool. A flash bang is only effective for 4 or 5 seconds and the extra bangs can draw the attention of those in the room, encouraging them to keep their heads down or draw any panic shooting away from the main point of entry. Someone also might hide and not get blinded/stunned on the initial bang. They might poke their head out and get stunned in one of the following bangs. Or you can throw the 9 banger elsewhere to lure attention since it's loud enough to be mistaken as multiple explosions/gunshots. Just so you know i'm not talking out my ass/armchair generaling , I was former Infantry, US Army.
It's funny seeing pre-workout company's just rework their formulas for gamer energy drinks. All the pre workouts I've used were never "good' flavors, and you usually just chugged it to get it over with and get the workout started. So i can't imagine this stuff being a 'drink' I'd enjoy while playing any video game.
