When Todd Howard was discussing Skyrim, he mentioned that the Gamebryo engine was merely the rendering device for the Fallout games, and that Bethesda had done the majority of the coding on the engine running the game processes.
So while everyone was giving the Gamebryo engine shit (myself included), it really had more to do with Bethesda.
I thought the demo for Catherine ran very well, so maybe Gamebryo isn't as bad as we thought.

It's the same thing as buying a vintage car. You won't drive it much, but it's fun to work on and it makes your friends jealous.

I just ordered one, and it went through without any problems. Can't imagine this will work, but if it does......I owe you one, Sammo.

I only had the demo disc that came with the system, and the only game I remember playing from that was "Jumping Flash".
Played the shit out of it, though.

@Matoya: It's an idiom, and infers meaning outside of relevance. Like "break a leg".

The PS3 is all about the exclusive titles, which are the one thing that has gotten significantly better since launch. I have had little to no problems with the online service, and by that I mean connection issues or dropped games.
Everything else is just preference based.

Although, in the "con" department - the Blu-ray drive is seriously outdated. Since the launch of the PS3, Blu-ray read speeds and function have improved drastically. If you purchase a new Blu-ray player, you'll notice the load times for the menus and functions is much faster than the PS3's.

I participate in elections. I also watch The Daily Show.
I would say that the majority of people I know are both educated and well versed politically - and they watch the Daily Show.

It's not mixed very well, as it sits in the upper end of the mid range - probably made a lot more noticeable after compression. Crappy laptop speakers would also make it worse, as they pump out nothing but mid range.
I like the theme, though.
