as someone who was born in 1987, this could have been an additional two hours and i would totally have listened to the whole fucking thing.

@kubqo: I think they are technically sold as klobinsk. The kolaches are delicious small cakes, but for some reason everyone just uses kolaches for both

And West is the city name. The city is actually called west

Hey guys,

This is Dave from "Wisconsin," Loved the podcast and your feelings on the race mostly mirrored mine.

However I have 2 clarifications and 1 question. I am not that much of a badass. I was in Wisconsin for work that Friday, but drove 3 hours to the Milwaukee airport. Then flew 3 hours back home (to dallas) and drove 4 hours to Austin. Still a lot of travel, but I did not drive from almost Canada to almost Mexico.

The other is that those meat things (people call kolaches) came from Czech Stop in West, Texas . While most of the nation has only heard of West from the fertilizer plant explosion 3 years ago that made the news. Most people in eastern Texas know West as the home of Czech stop.

And lastly, what happened with that Limburger cheese. did it make the trip or was it too intimidating?
