Game is the main UK video games retailer, our equivalent of GameStop, so they're pretty reliable. I haven't bought anything from the website for a long time, but they should be OK for shipping depending on where it's being shipped to.
Also why the fuck is the archived version for premium members only? You can tell from the comments alone they get fuck-all views, just open it up for everyone.
Because they were getting fuck-all views when they were open to everybody, and it was costing too much to host files virtually no-one was watching, especially when Justin.tv were already had an archive version for free.
All that just because they didn't stock ME 3? Madness...
That was more the straw that broke the camel's back. GAME's been having problems for a few years. The fact that they announced they were having credit problems just before Christmas meant that all it would take was one of the major publishers to refuse to supply games and they were in big trouble. The fact that it was the publisher with the largest release of the year so far, and one that they had an exclusivity agreement over the collectors edition, which they probably would have been relying on, just kind of hastened the end.
@Marino Sorry to be nit-picky, but Rugby World Cup 2011 was a full retail release, rather than an XBLA one, not that it really matters except its made it onto the least played XBLA list. But this is a brilliant piece of work, nonetheless.
