@zeldaking2001@: That is also my case. I usually watch videos from my PS4 because I don't have a smart TV or any other device that I could use with my television. Hopefully the issues will be sorted this week.
The same issue described a few posts above is happening on my PS4 browser: videos suddently cannot be started. I also found the same problem on my Android device (I am using Kiwi Browser, based on Chrome).
I'm having problems with my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S2) since a few months ago. I use Chrome as my browser, and I haven't installed extensions or anything strange. I was able to watch videos a long time ago, but since a few months ago, it just says that the video is loading, and I am not even able to see the controls.
I have tried using incognito mode, and logging in and out of my premium account, but it doesn't work. All other webpages seem to work just fine, it's just the Giant Bomb videos.
Thank you, Rorie. I can also confirm that the HTML5 player has stopped working on my PS4 in the last few days. While progressive mode works, the video is very choppy and doesn't seem to play very well.
You might not like this answer, but I sincerely recommend you to give yourself a little breathing room.
This is a series of games that, in my opinion, should not be played one after the other. It does not make sense from a chronological point of view, and I am sure you will enjoy them much more if you let a month or two pass between starting each game.
