I think I dig the concept for Cloud Prix, Spacebase DF-9, The Wihite Birch and Hack n Slash the best! This is an awesome thing that Double Fines does!

I have a question. How many Wii U was produced for launch? I just get the feelingt hat Nintendo have manufactued more units this time and came well prepared. Yes, it's entirely possibe that it doesen't sell that well BUT at the same time. isn't it good that you actually can buy the darn thing if you want it? Do people really want to go through the Wii spectacle again with almost a year of shortages? That is NOT a good way to sell your system. I may build hype but what counts for customers is that the system is avalible. Is it really a measure of failure to say that you can't find a console? That is such a assbackwards way of looking at things.

When the next Xbox launches. Will it sell out? Mabey. But is it because of a low count of units or because it's stupid popular?

As I said. I'm very curious to know how many units Nintedo put on shelves.

Curiosity only had server issues, right? I mean...yeah, it was a hassle for some days but in the long run it seems to work fine? For a small company to act and repair that quickly on a server issue was quite impressive. I mean...look at EA:s Battlefield/MoH launches. They usually can't handle it either. I honestly don't believe Peter thought Curiosity would get over a million users. He had high hopes but not on that level. To bad he feels like this since I personally think Curiosity is neat. An cool experiment.

Also...I really like that man. Yeah..he overpromises but I rarley get pissed of because of it. He reaches for the stars but hit's the moon. I love the way he speaks, he get anyone to believe in his visons and their is no doubt that he is extremly passionate about what he does.

I think all this talk about Wahwah music in the New Mario games is kinda stupid and has got out of hand since Jeff lifted the subject in the podcast and therefore manage to get half of the community to try to drive the "meme" into the fucking ground as this community does so well. BUT this was quite cool and I actuallt smiled when I listened to it! Good work! ^^

I don't say it's good but everyone does like this. You didn't get 20 GB of space on your original Xbox because 5-6 GB was taken by the system and some other clutter. There will always be stuff that takes up memory on the system level. But it's quite clear that Nintendo want u to hook up external harddrives to our Wii U:s.

I kinda think we do. But the cool thing here is that he is new to the site. That gives the whole thing a much needed new perspective. Ain't it fun that people just can wander in here and enjoy it's content? ^^^

I think a lot of people tend to look toward early GiantBomb with rose colored glasses. Its a bit of a nostalgia trip, i think. The whole nature of the industry is changing and Giantbomb has been at the head of it because of how nimble their platform is. I think is changed for the better, and i personally don't have enough time to enjoy all the material they put on the site.

I agree completely. That and that people generally don't like change? Do you remember how much negativity the community sprouted when they moved to new offices and shared the same place as Tested, Screened and Comic Vine? People preached about doom and gloom and how they didn't want to see those others on the sites videos and stuff. But in the end? Now we miss Will, Norm, Rory and all the others that were there... things change and people don't like change.

As someone who has only been following the site for about a month now, I think almost all the content it good and I watch/listen to most of it.

Responding to all the hate on Patrick, it's obvious that he seems to be the off one out, but I do feel he adds a lot to the site and most discussions.

See...I find this interesting. People may say that stuff is worse or bad but it's still actually good. As someone earlier said, it seems like many members and readers just have become very jaded. I'm not suprised at all since the gaming Internet community consists of such cynics these days.

I have been here since the start and I still think they produce good stuff. My only main complaint is that they don't "produce" that much content. To record video, talk or stream and then put it up almost raw is not produced. I miss the old I Love Mondays and other small simple things that had som flair and production values. Giantbomb was really good at making cool looking stuff but 2012 have been very light on that kind of content and that's to bad. But I still enjoy the stuff they put up.

I also find the controller pretty light and I have tried it without and with tethering cable. It makes a difference. I really like the feel of the plastic on the back of the controller too.

I have also played Rayman Legend BUT not alone so I can't speak how that feels like since I've played with up to two others players. I really like the cool ways Murphy the fly is used. I feel like he has a point apposed to the second player in for example Mario Galaxy. I also LOVED the gyro sensor parts of that demo stage with a rotating plattform labyrinth. That felt awesome!

I also totallt sold on Pikmin 3. BUT the important thing here is that it's very much like old Pikmin but I really liked how the Wii remote gave superfast controll (had not played New play controll version on Wii) and it's just fun! It scrathed an itch for new Pikmin games. I can't wait until this game comes out. That could be the game that actually makes me choose to get the system.

I'm NOT sold on New Super Mario Bros. U but I have only played three demo stages. I'm much more positive to Rayman than the new Mario game.

And last but not least. Nintendoland has some really entertaining minigames, mainly those that make you cooparate or pit you against each other in different ways. Assymetrical gameplay has it's potential! I had a blast with that game last evening BUT can't say much more because I'm under NDA/embargo for the full version.

That's my two cents but I think the Wii U has proved itself to me quite a bit since a finally got to try it out.
