I rode up to a gang about to hang some poor sap... a big gun battle ensued. I didnt bother getting off my horse and killed the bad guys while only taking a few hits myself. I got off my horse to go loot the corpses and immediately heard a THUD... i turned around and my horse had dropped dead. I just stood there and stared for awhile... then lol'd pretty hard.
"My launch PS2 stopped reading discs a long time ago... how's Persona fair in the backwards compatibility crapshoot? I have the MGS 4 80GB PS3, I think it does software BC."
I've got the MGS4 80gb, Persona 3 and 4 work great. I've only had one small problem with P3, while trying to save it said that no memory card was detected. I just backed out of the save menu and tried again and it worked. Apparently this happens in Odin Sphere as well but its nothing to be concerned about, just retry and it works. And like I said, its only happened once so far(I'm about 20 hours into Persona 3).
Of course Bethesda isn't going to remove the ability to do this. They sell more copies with people knowing this little trick can be done.
I'm sure they're more concerned with how many people are downloading and enjoying the game illegally than anyone REALLY stickin' it to the man and getting achievement points with a console command. *GASP!*
For the music alone its worth a few bucks. Downloaded it and played through last night, very cool... a little creepy. Hope to see more of this style on PSN.
"What about something like "No One Lives Forever 3: No H.A.R.M., No Foul" or something like that?
Don't forget, there already was KIND OF a sequel in "Contract J.A.C.K." "
I kinda wish i could forget about that game. Haha. I'll avoid all of the JACK related jokes and say that game was short, got all serious on us and did away with all of the humor that made the series awesome and wasnt very good, in general, the exact opposite of what I would want from a NOLF sequel.
Thanks for pointing that out though, i should have mentioned it. And nice title suggestion, Hahaha.
