Ok, hear me out. 
 
You're familiar with the carrot on a stick metaphor, right? Like, the carrot is supposed to be the treat that leads you forward while the stick keeps it just out of reach? Well, Super Meat Boy is like that.

Well, sort of.

To be fair, I guess it's less like the stick is holding the carrot out of reach, and more like it's, ummm, well, beating you to death. And instead of it being a just a stick, it's an onslaught of sawblades, spikes, lasers, missiles, and abominations which never should have been. And instead of there being a carrot, it's just the next level...which really is just more of the stick, but much, much worse. But, man, you want that stick soooo bad.

I'm a meteorologist. Well, I've got a degree in Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Environmental Sciences and I'm practicing my weather forecasting. So these forecasts are for Southern California, specifically coastal Southern California. Anyway, that's the deal.
