Simple. Pepsi Max and ice in a big glass. If you don't want it pass it my way and I will give you back the empty tomorrow.

As a (UK) Colts fan and a Peyton Manning fan and not having a horse in the race I must admit for the Patriots to comeback from such a big deficit is something. Well done Tom Brady and the Patriots, you deserved that one.

You say you want a wired option but to be honest the best I have found, and I have tried a lot, is the Turtle Beach Stealth 500 . They are wirless, have detachable boom mike and good sound options. On the PS4 at least they have 7.1 surround sound and the driver size, and frequency range are as good as a 'non gaming' set of earphones. I find them comfortable and although skeptical to start with I use them all the time now even for listening to music on occasion (Spotify through PS4) as well as on my PC. They also have a 3.5mm jack if you want to attach them to your controller to save a usb slot, especially on the PS4.

You say that gaming headsets are cheap, my Audio-technica ATH-M50x were only a bit more expensive than the Stealth 500p and they are a good set of headphones, so I don't think because they are gaming headsets they are cheaply made or sub-standard.

This is my dog Joop, 3 y/o female Greyhound. She is my third Greyhound, the last 2 (Mac and Myrtle) were both ex-racers, Joop was a re-home from a family that could not commit to her. She sleeps a lot and runs fast. Greyhounds are great dogs and ex-racers need good homes. Yes, Greyhounds lie like this all the time. Not very lady like.

I played it for a weekend in the beta. I'm not a Borderlands fan or MOBA player but Battleborn was just okay, seems a bit flat. Would not go out my way to play it again but can see some people enjoying it, don't think it's that bad just not that good.

Thanks guys for all your suggestions and comments. I think I will hop in on DSIII with everyone else, I can see the appeal of discovering a game at the same time as everyone else and finding out together.

Thanks again, the GB community is the best.

After watching GBeast play the start of Dark Souls 3 it looked like a game that I could enjoy. I got the impression that it was not as cumbersome as the previous incarnations and seems to be a bit better at informing the player how to play rather than just throwing you in.

The question is should I try and play the previous games to catch up on the story (if there is one) or can I jump in now and just watch a playthrough or wiki it, will I be missing out?

Have joined Tom Clancy's Duders so find me there.

This game reminds me of Syndicate, which was good.

Did your boss tell you how they would like you to deal with issues like this in future? Do you know what was expected from you and how you can meet those expectations in future? Are you prepared to do things in the way that's been suggested?

If yes, then your work life will improve with new understanding.

If not, then there is a problem with communication in your workplace that still needs to be resolved.

The idea that this side of your employment is not in your job description is worrying, since that might make you appear as a "jobsworth"; especially in a small company. Verbal communication is key at work and is far superior to electronic communication in terms of impact. If your manager was there all day, why not tell them about your issue with failing to book transport for a client?

Yes this is how I would approach the problem. Unfortunately a lot of people just want to pass on the ass kicking instead of acknowledging the problem apologising, and looking at ways to resolve the issue so it wont happen again. If I was your line manager that is what I would do, i would make you aware but not admonish you about it especially as it sounds as though you did your best.

Take responsibility for the issue and look at ways to resolve it. Doing things like this will get noticed by someone and is a good way to progress through a company. If you are seen as being the one to get things done and keep people happy as well as keep those under you happy you will do well. You don't need to be everyone friend but if you are decent and treat people with respect it can take you far.

Sorry for the long rant but this sort of think in business really gets my back up. Good luck
