Just watched the trailer again and noticed that Snake has both his arms at the end. Then Pyscho Mantis is standing over him. We can ssume most of the trailer is a dream until that point

Kojima you clever bastard, you have got people talking more about this game than if you had of just played it straight. This trailer looks awesome and the sort of 4th wall mind fuck Kojima is great at
