In Case You Haven't Been Keeping Up
Ladies and Gentleman, for the first time in Team Fortress 2 history! That crafty spy got sick of hiding in the shadows and is now smoking a fine cigarette right in plain view! What's with his change of heart? Apparently he couldn't resist the Sniper just sitting around, and like any good spy, he couldn't resist stabbing him in the back. The Sniper update is now the Spy Update.
It looks like the Spy is coming equipped with not one by two new cloaking devices. It's an interesting turn of events, because no other class so far has had two of the same kind of weapon updated. Does this mean that two of his three weapon updates will be these watches? Arguably, there's no reason to take away his knife or sapper, so that just leaves his knife. Plus, with two different possibilities for a watch, the Spies in general are going to be much trickier to deal with. If this is the case, a great move on Valve's part to make those devilishly handsome ne'er-do-wells a terrifying threat once more.
