@dstopia: ah so you meant football hooligans. I thought you meant regular football loving fans who make it their way of life are annoying in some way. Yeah hooliganism is almost a thing of its own, almost a separate thing of its own from regular football culture itself, from what I've observed.

The thing is there's obviously a line you cross somewhere, but that line, in terms of mentality, is very very diffuse. Of course, relatively speaking, very few people are actually hooligans, but the general mentality behind hooliganism (which basically boils down to tribalism) reaches far, far more people for whom, in a lot of cases, football is everything they've got to look forward to in life -- which makes the whole thing even sadder.

Coming from a country that has huge sports fandom over soccer, and being a soccer fan myself, I can tell you with a lot of certainty that this fandom is BY FAR the worst. Especially those who go balls deep into it. It becomes basically a way of life, which is sad.

Football is beautiful! But I'm not very familiar with the bad fandom that comes with it. What's the bad stuff? It being your passion isn't a terrible thing according to me (spending a lot of time watching, playing and following it?)

There's been murders, riots, literal mafia-style shakedowns of players from hooligans because of a losing streak. Hooligans are used as a shock force by political parties. Shit's awful.

I love soccer but it turns people insane in the worst way possible. There's a lot of good things that come with it, like a sense of community and bonding, but a lot of people take it to another level.

This game's mechanics look absolutely infuriating. I haven't played it but looking at Dan having to drag a thing around hoping it doesn't touch anything made me want them to just ragequit the game outright.

I know they probably know but today's audio quality makes it hard to listen to with my usual bass-heavy setup. Just some feedback!

I just wanna fucking sit down and play a new Monster Hunter on my PC chair or couch. I'm aware 3U exists, but I've already played it to death on my 3DS and frankly, my hands just can't handle an execution-heavy game like MH on a flimsy 3DS anymore.

Fuck you, Capcom. I love this game but you keep on doing the same shit over and over. I'd be completely happy with you keeping the exact game loop, but at least try to do something new in the platform and graphical departments.

This would be a great concept for a game if they didn't follow the story to the point and instead built a cool game around the mechanics and the general mood of the franchise.

But no, it'll probably be terrible because of making it a retelling of the story.

This sounds like the evolution of slot machines.

" Stop jumping in, Jeff!" (all I could scream)

Also stop sweeping, jesus. Ryu's sweep in this game is way worse than in SF4, too.
