I sent a private message to Snide when this bug report, a blog & shout out didn't get any admin attention all day yesterday.

How I did it had to do with accidentally copying HTML to the page with the content I put there. Although you don't see it on the page, there is tons of hidden HTML telling it to open lots of edit boxes.

The Saga page is basically complete so it's not that big of a deal that I can't edit it however the Command & Conquer: The First Decade page really needs to be updated, but any time you press the edit button on The First Decade's page it edits the C&C Saga's page instead.

Hopefully they will fix it without completely disabling HTML copying, as it is very useful to be able to copy pictures from one wiki to another. I just got to be more careful about how I move those pictures and make sure I select only the body of the page and not the HTML.

I don't want to spoil it for him so I edited the question some. The idea is to make him want to play the game though, get him interested. I was joking about the petition, they never work unless your using them for toilet paper so instead of signing please try to add small hints into why this episode was so great for you.

Same no beta. You can be sure the second I do get invited I will be taking hundreds of screenshots, more then you could ever want. If I ever get bored of the game I may decide to give the wiki page a face lift and devote some time into making it better. I don't like writing much intill after I have played the game first.

It is a travesty that Jeff has not played the last episode of Season 2 yet. It is one of if not the best episode to date. So I propose rather then trying to force him to submit through the hard hitting big petition with thousands of fake names we instead entice him with little pieces of information about why this episode is so good without spoiling it for him. Here is my try...

What do you get when you mix The Devil, Brady Culture, Hugh Bliss & every enemy Sam & Max has ever faced in a unique Hell that only a independent developer like Telltale Games could imagine?

You will just have to play & find out Jeff.

Originally wrote this for the wiki article but decided it would be to much spoilers for people who haven't figured out the game's current direction. I felt it would be a waste to just delete it.

The campaign sets the stage for the next Command & Conquer game which will focus on Kane exiting the other side of the tower on a Scrin home world. Also expect to see a second invasion of Earth, this time by a Scrin Extermination/Assimilation squadron.

If you haven't figured it out yet, the Scrin is what happens to all species when infused by Tiberium and as their planet is harvested they usually join the Scrin. Every Scrin soldier and several vehicles where originally of organic origin but has been changed and hardened with crystal like armor and weapons. The Scrin's harvester for example is a organic life form that lives in Tiberium. The Corrupter was also originally a animal and has evolved to spit Tiberium. Scrin plants a planet with Tiberium, thousands of years later they land and anything on the Planet is now Tiberium infused & can be easily assimilated into the ranks of the Scrin. While their planet's resources have been extracted by the Tiberium into a easy to collect crystal form that they take with them, leaving the Planet lifeless as all life will be dead or assimilated by the time the Scrin leave the planet.

LEGION, also known as CABAL, has never really malfunctioned, it simply performed it's programming before it was suppose to. Now that LEGION has combined with the Tacitus he is the perfect weapon for Kane to use against the Scrin.LEGION now knows everything he needs to about to Scrin to assimulate them into Kane's army. You see, Kane's vision isn't that different then the Scrin Overlord's. However in Kane's vision he is the leader of the new Scrin, removing the old relics that are currently in power. Kane's forces will show their ultimate loyalty by infusing themselves with Tiberium and Cybernetics like the Scrin to become half Tiberium infused organics and half technology infused cyborgs. The difference is many Scrin still have their minds and are not unquestionably loyal to the Overlords. Kane can easily assimulate them into LEGION's army. LEGION will create open revolt against the Scrin Overlords and get many to join Kane's new army. I fully expect the homeworld that the earth tower linked to will become Kane's new planet. Expect the tower on earth to remain domant for many years intill Kane returns to claim leadership of his still loyal earth followers and gets them to join his new Scrin army or die to his might. GDI on the other hand will have revamped their current land reclaimation forces back into a Tiberian Sun level of technology. No longer liberal about their military spending they will fund the largest Army GDI has ever known. Then the 4th Tiberian War shall begin.

The question is will they go for another Episode like they did for Kane's Wrath or will they create another full game showing all 3 sides of the conflict. It was hinted at in Kane's Wrath's files that it is Episode 1 and perhaps the next C&C game will be another episode but larger.

Command & Conquer: Red Alert for sure, I got insanely addicted to it at age 10. It was also the first game I played to have Skirmish & a easy to use Map Creator included on the CD. Had no internet so I settled for beating 7 computers in a skirmish. As soon as one computer dies in a skirmish all 6 of the remaining computers team up and all attack you at which point you either live or die depending on how much defense you have setup.

Just going to list thing's I'd like to be able to do to make pages in which I add content look better, and generally make the system easier, more friendly and more efficient so I can add content and lower the amount of tedious repitition.

  • Ability to add galleries to games without submitting a new image.
  • Ability to remove a image from a gallery in which they don't belong and place them into another.
  • A check all & uncheck all box when uploading many screenshots to the same galleries. Most of my time is spent hitting clicking check boxes.
  • Ability to organize more then 30 screenshots at once.
  • Ability to increase the number of images the My Images page lists at once, at the moment it is capped at 10. I currently have to look through 136 pages of screenshots inorder to find a older submission. This number is only going to get bigger and harder to navigate.
  • Ability to scroll more then 5 pages at a time. It takes me 15 clicks to go from page 1 to page 75 to get to any screenshots in the middle of my collection and add it to a new gallery. The fewer clicks the better.

I will update this post with anything else I think of, please feel free to add your own to this page rather then commenting on my post. Generally, add to this list of things the guys upstairs can do to make Giant Bomb better for you.

It's a compilation, so I wanted to present several screenshots from every game. There will be plenty of description for each. Lets not get off subject now.

I was able find a way to bypass the edit buttion, but in the process actually made the edit buttion worse. If you press edit on THIS page you get so many edit boxes I can't even count them all.

This problem has spread to another page and is how I got past this bug. When you click edit for The First Decade HERE you actually are editing the Command & Conquer Saga page, so both pages have the problem now but one is not nearly as bad as the other. I now cannot edit The First Decade's wiki to fix it.

I really need someone to fix this page preferably before The Hot Spot as I need to have the page ready before then.

I was copying my work on other pages to the Command & Conquer Saga page, the last one being Red Alert 1, when the edit button broke and I can no longer edit the page without screwing the entire thing up. I need my last edit to the page that added the Red Alert 1 information to be removed due to the fact that it messed up the editing system and you can no longer edit it without messing up the whole article.

I have the Red Alert 1 information saved so just remove my last edit and I will fix it, hopefully this time without screwing up the ability to edit again.

Please no one save a edit to the page intill this is fixed other then looking at the edit program so that the page is not lost.
