Konami has one of the best game lineups from the classic era, yet they seldom go back to that catalog for a compilation or downloadable release. Here is a list of Konami classics that would make excellent "new" games if done in a fashion similar to Bionic Commando: Rearmed.

A Kojima collection is long overdue, especially when he makes reference to his past games as often as he does.
It's odd that this somehow is the best game in the series, perhaps it was Konami in their prime.
The recent game is not in the same league as this.
