Xbox Game Pass Titles Ranked

From best to worst. I'm not counting stuff I bought before I got game pass.

Unfortunately some of these might not be available anymore, such is the fickle nature of the gaming pass.

List items

  • I think this is one of my favourite games of all time. Yeah I'm one of those people.

  • Love the atmosphere. People say it's hard but the world pulled me in so much I rarely got frustrated.

  • Doesn't do much different than the first and it doesn't have to. A great refinement on the formula.

  • THAT DIABLO HAD A FAMILY.

  • Watch her become the tomb raider... wait, not yet apparently. She's in the process of becoming the tomb raider.

  • Great expansion on the first.

  • SUPER. HOT.

  • Surprisingly enjoyable just running around collecting stuff. I'm not even a big fan of old rare collectathons or anything.

  • Cute, with decent gameplay.

  • It's a pinballvania, what more do you want?

  • Cute, fun, weird. I gave up on a second playthrough but the first is charming enough. Second best time loop game of the year.

  • Fun little trifle to play before it leaves game pass.

  • I think this thing dragged. Great promise out of the gate, and the battlefield level is especially impressive, but it just felt too linear without a story that kept me interested enough. Best rat tech of the year, though.

  • Ok, the shooting was decent. But playing this today felt like a very shallow experience, especially when the graphics apparently were a big draw at the time. Without that spectacle it just felt lame, like the faux open world.

  • Amazing visual style, and annoying as hell. I made the mistake of following advice from the game and some forum posts, and tried on hard difficulty. It's stupid. The alien almost never goes away, so there was really no tension. However I doubt I would have enjoyed the normal difficulty anyway, just not for me.

  • Disappointing. Some great visuals and funny writing out of the gate, but very shallow and short overall. Would have liked to see a fully baked version, but it might be decent for young kids or very casual gamers.
