This is a collection of the games that I have played this year that could be considered for my list of 2015. I still have lots to play that I own, but haven't gotten around to starting. Also some of these games I have yet to complete.
Not many games made me pause after a play session and think about what just happened. The implementation of having you search keywords leads to little discoveries that unless you knew they were there are a nice surprise.
This game I like what it does with the Metroid formula, however there is just something about the control that I wish I could change. Whether that is analog shooting or just giving me the option to have a button or two dedicated to 45 degree up and down shooting. Also let me remap the dash, found myself needlessly dying because I dashed when I never intended to.
The open world aspect of this to go along with the shooting make this world fun. I have not progressed the story too far, but found myself roaming the world and rolling up on a small base, then proceed to fulton all of the stuff.
This is a neat game that left me smiling after finally figuring out different ways to play.
The ultimate pick up and play game, that sadly doesn't run the greatest on my aging iPad. But the PC version plays super fast and always leaves you with a one more try feeling.
