At the start of the thread I found myself really wanting more content on mondays. I came to realize halfway through that for me it's less of a problem of having days with no content coming out and more the fact that I feel like they are sorely missing series.

I am dying for more Game Tapes and Demo Derby...in an ideal world I'd love to have one of each a month(once every two weeks rotating) as well as a weekly series playing through a game/series in the vein of Mass Alex, MGScanlon, Beast In the East, Life is Strange, Contradiction, Ect (I'd also accept Vinny playing any FMV game as a series)

Note that I'm really just saying what I would like to see and am sorely missing out on...I do accept the realities that time is a constraint and that other members value different things I just wish they could find a bit better of a balance so that everyone has something they can justify the sub price on

@humanity: I've also developed this issue over the last week and it's very frustrating... One time it was so bad that turning the console on and off didn't even fix it, I had to unplug from the wall to fix the issue.

For anyone who thinks Conor has a good chance at winning, this is what the fight will almost certainly look like, except Floyd is the greatest defensive boxer of his generation and likely all time. I would love to see McGregor win but apart from just catching the right shot and it putting Floyd right out he is not winning this fight. To answer the question of why people will pay money to see this, it's IMO two things.

1) The general public who doesn't understand the difference between boxing and MMA technique levels will watch to see if the MMA guy can do it and see the spectacle

2) The fact that anything can happen means that even if logically and technically speaking McGregor should have Zero chance, he could just surprise everyone and somehow make it happen

I mean I know I'll be watching (though not a chance in hell I pay for it) just on that off chance that he does it, but I expect a defensive boxing clinic with both sides going home $100 million dollars richer, Floyd retiring 50-0, and Conor going back to MMA like nothing happened because it won't matter that he lost a boxing match.

Alright so now that I've watched the 20 minute e3 gameplay trailer, I have to say I am TOTALLY in. The first minute or so it was jarring hearing a different voice for Chloe, but once they showed what you'll actually be doing, I realized that the dialogue choices still work without the ability to rewind.

While the prequel isn't really necessary and I'm not going to sit here and say the writing is good or bad(because I'm not one to judge writing and say definitively that it's good but I can say that I personally was enjoying the writing in the trailer) I can say that after watching it I am on board and interested in where they are taking that story. I'll be happy to see some of those characters again and feel like this will tide me over until LiS2 while also supporting the series.

Add me to the list of people who have Skate on their list! At this point, assuming we don't get a teaser trailer next week at e3(we won't) my head has accepted that the Skate series is dead but my heart refuse to let up hope

Also wouldn't mind seeing a new KOTOR, but I also don't expect that to come back but in my ideal world there would definitely be new Skate and KOTOR games.

What a bummer, one of my top 5 games from this generation of consoles, and I have been eagerly awaiting news on season 2 since the end of last year when they confirmed that they would be doing one.

Been a great year for Tv for sure, not as long as your list but so far this year I have enjoyed

the latest season of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Sherlock

Better Call Saul

Fargo Season 3

Season 3 of Broadchurch

and I am highly anticipating the third season of Fear the Walking Dead(also the main series with the second half of season 7 earlier in the year and first half of season 8)

I'm pretty pumped about this, usually when someone has left (really just Patrick and Austin during my time) I'm bummed out because I know that realistically I'm not going to go to where they are to see their content, even if I think both of them do quality work. With Drew I had kind of figured the same, that I'm going to miss him but had my doubts that I'd follow him very closely, if at all. Now if it is indeed something about travel and games then I will definitely give it a look, well I'd probably check it out either way but I have high hopes that I will be following what Drew does now and enjoying it quite a bit!

Man, I've been having a pretty meh couple days, you know nothing actually serious but just not a great week by any means. This has definitively put this week (and probably the rest of the month) into the bad week column. It wasn't long ago I was reading the Mary Kish thread and saw someone mention how all these video producers were leaving and their hope that Drew wasn't soon around the corner. I really didn't think it would actually end up being this soon around the corner.

That being said I do wish the best for Drew in the future, Drew always had a way of inspiring me, always had these under the radar jokes that would make me chuckle, and just so many moments during my short 2 1/2 years here that I will not forget for a long time to come. I also owe Drew thanks for getting me into F1, I had never really considered watching it, and thought I would find it boring. Through Alt F1 I gave it a chance and it's now a huge part of my life, I went from never watching to watching every practice session, qualy, race and the pre and post shows that sky puts on, over 10+ hours most race weekends.

Anyway I really just wanted to show my appreciation for Drew and thank him for everything and wish him the best in the future!

p.s. Demo Derby/Game Tapes is going to feel really weird to me without Drew there
