mechanically I've always like the Borderlands games (and they first one had an...ok tone) but hearing someone say butt stallion in the opening cutscene makes me want to die, I wish they would let literally anyone else on earth write these games
Also Call of Juarez Gunslinger did a fantastic version of the unreliable narrator-type story and it deserves more credit.
first person Gundam makes no sense to me, I want to look at my cool robot, not pretend to be the child soldier in the cockpit.... maybe I'm just grumpy that they won't make a tactics game that isn't SD Gundam
apparently we have very similar tastes in anime, both slime-based shows are near the top of my list, though I will say I ended up really disliked Remake our Life, I spent the entire show thinking the concept was creepy and, while it almost seems like it agrees, they ultimately go too soft.
Which leads me to also recommend Aquatope of White Sand if you haven't seen it yet!
I'll be honest I don't care enough to get these things added to the wiki I just wanted to say Gundam BO: Code Fairy was really fun and Trash The Planet is a really great clicker/idle game send-up
never thought about right on red from a pedestrian perspective, but out here in the countryside there are basically no pedestrians so it's better for traffic
the weird thing about inscryption, to me, is that it didn't really feel like a deck building game, like its designed to be easily broken and the matches feel more like unique puzzles to crack open and less like a strategic deck builder like Slay the Spire.
I mean I loved the game but its not something I would be interested in going back into to play random matches or something.
I'm legitimately worried about anyone who (like this or not) doesn't understand that it is a bit. like "I can't believe Janina is getting GB sued, also I need to send that cash to those Nigerian princes" level of credulity.
