The only FA3 DLC packs worth a damn were Broken Steel and Point Lookout. I think you'd be better off playing NV.

Google "how to build my own gaming PC" or something and follow the steps. It's really not that hard, it's way more satisfying, and it's WAY cheaper.

They work just fine, once you know WHAT they are. It takes an hour or so to learn how the hell to use them.
