edit: I can watch a premium livestream from the front page but not when i go to giantbomb.com/chat

same issue on Chrome desktop Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

won't let me watch premium streams, works once i switch to firefox, all other premium features work, have cleared cookies and history multiple times, whitelisted giant bomb for any ad blockers
