I hate to be a downer, but yeah, the new format is not really working for me. Just listing a bunch of releases and shying away from the in-depth makes the whole goty season a bit less interesting.

Sure, they were a bit gruesome at some points, but things like Jeff talking about Fallout 4, or Austin showing all his love for Invisible inc, were some of the most interesting talks i ever heard on GB.

i don't know if it would be a good strategy or not, but what if one person rushes for the special form, and then protects the other one while he then gets his upgrades.

That way you get one really powerful character early on, instead of both characters being pretty weak through the whole thing.

Chain Yanker is pretty good with YMK. Long range pull them, YMK with a front dodge cancel (you won't reposition yourself), then another one, and then you pummel. You get a lot of meter from that.

Always use the godhand when you have it too, else it means you're not gaining anything when you attack.

Guard breaking is really important.
