I think a music site would require more staff than all of the other if it was to be super-effective. Though Anime Vice works with no dedicated staff. 
 
Ultimately, I would love a WM music site. It would have to be strictly news, reviews, and wiki, but that's all I'd really want. Add some last.fm functionality in there too.
