I'm broke right now. If it was $10 instead of $15 I would be far more likely to. The fact that Daemon Hatfield of IGN said it took him only an hour and a half to play the first 40% of the game kind of bothers me.
I also bought Braid back in the day and later felt like I shouldn't have put $15 to it. Not really an indy/artsy gamer.
I say the "not right thing" is the controls and aiming system.
I haven't played the first one in over a year so my memory might not be so great, but I swear the controls on the first one where tighter, the aiming was better, and shooting a gun had some feel to it. The gunplay in the demo was awful, I never felt like I was shooting a gun when I was.
Not to mention the melee combat which felt poorer than the first one also.
Obviously it really doesn't matter, but I plan on keeping my old white 360, and should I end up buying Kinect, I would like it in white to match my system.
Has anyone seen an announcement if they are going to make them in white as well?
Besides that video with the guy from Parade magazine, every Kinect I've seen has been in black.
" I don't fit that demographic but I am very interested in this game. "
Yeah thats exactly was I was talking about.
When this game was first shown I just laughed. Now after seeing it, even though it couldn't be geared to someone further than me, I actually think I will buy Kinect and this game.
