I'm a Christian and a LONG time gamer. There are those of us here who are Christian but I try not to push my views on people unless the subject comes up. I've never felt that religion should be pushed on anyone.
Couldn't agree more with the Giant Bomb guys. This conference was by far the worst. I hope we see more from Nintendo and Sony tomorrow. The Microsoft conference wasn't bad though.
Hm, oh well. No PC version of GTA IV... YET! Wait until the expansion pack hits for the 360 and then we'll probably get a real annoucement about the PC version of the game.
I guess PC gamers who have a decent PC should have no problem running it... but for myself, I'll be sticking with the 360 version. My PC isn't bad but it's sure not up to the task of running a game like GTA IV.
Given the fact that the Smackdown series has been incredibly stale the past three years, I've got high hopes for TNA Impact... if anything it'll be something different. At this point, I feel that I almost have to rent the Smackdown games before buying them because the level of quality in those games simply is not what it used to be. If I like it, I'll buy it.
As far as UFC games being competition for wrestling games... I really don't think so. I mean sure, you have some cross-over between pro wrestling and MMA but there are many wrestling fans like myself who just prefer pro wrestling to MMA. I hope the UFC game turns out good as well but only time will tell.
I'd love to visit San Andreas again. I didn't too much care for Vice City to tell you the truth. The gritty feel that GTA: SA had was just priceless... not to mention some very strange (goofy) moments. GTA IV is my favorite in the series but San Andreas isn't too far behind.
I'm now on my second play through of GTA IV and I can honestly say that I had no problem with the last mission. I died two or three times but that's to be expected.
In my humble opinion, Grand Theft Auto IV currently = BEST GAME EVER! What's going to knock it off? Only time will tell I suppose... but Fallout 3 and Fable are looking pretty awesome... but I ramble...
