The think that makes me feel most nervous at this demo is the fact that you get $5 every run, no matter what. It looks like you can't get more no matter how well you do, so it looks like it's going to be a slow arduous grind to everything you want to unlock. (unless of course maybe you wanna give them a little bit of cash, perhaps?)
I know it would slow down the series, but I really want them to get back to doing shitty VA for all the cutscenes. It would make it much more entertaining for both the people watching and the people in the office not playing the game.
When this got announced at E3 I was ready to buy it that same day. I ended up getting distracted and then a day or two later when the initial impressions came in, I'm glad I didn't. This thing just looks terrible at every turn. Trials Evo was one of my top 10 games of the last generation, and while Fusion wasn't as impactful, it was still really damn good. Then Redlynx decided to just throw it all away and make this mess which isn't good enough at any one thing to be enjoyable. I don't even get what crowd they're making this for.
