I've seen worse political answers (Pelosi always been bad, Republican criticisms of Healthcare, or, and I won't say which Senator because I am not certain on the name, once stumbled over whether it was 18,19,20, or 21 was the legal age for drinking). But to answer your question, there is no qualification for being a senator.   MY brother is Councelmen of a small town, and he's met with his State Senators on several occassions (OR). He said they were just normal everyday people.

I'm thinking Fallout New Vegas will be it's strongest contender. If it isn't pure awesomeness, I don't see how ME2 could lose the crown. Starcraft is pretty awesome though, but it's not popular enough amongst the GB crew.
