I don't own it but it would be a blast to see you guys play Mount & Blade: Warband. From games I do own, LittleBigPlanet 2, Killing Floor, and Warhawk (albeit a little old) are all solid candidates I think.
I've been messing around with Firefox 4 but Chrome is still a way better browser for me. It's still noticeably faster, has a tonne of great extensions as well, instant loading from the search bar and a bunch of small stuff that I would extremely miss by switching.
FF 4.0 is a big improvement over 3.5 though, and I still keep Firefox installed but I wouldn't consider using it as my default browser in its current form.
I live in Oakville too, and dear sweet fancy moses the weather is insane right now. I don't know in nature got the memo that's it's supposed to be spring.
Like mentioned by someone previously it's only when it's below 24ish when it becomes noticeable or irritating. This is especially so when there's a variable framerate and it's jumping between 24 to 30 or 60 all the time. A 24 fps locked framerate is still completely playable for me.
From what I understand the demo that went live for Crysis 2 last week was bad compared to the 360 version but the final code of both versions shows that the PS3 has some small advantages over the 360. That being said PC >>>>>> PS3&360. So if you get the chance get the PC version, perhaps when they patch in DirectX 11 support.
I've been tinkering around with it all day but I still think that Chrome is the fastest and most efficient browser right now. It's a big step forward but Chrome still holds my top spot for browsers which now goes: Chrome > Safari&Firefox > Opera > IE9.
I really like the improvements though, the tab as an 'app' concept is really cool and the speed increase is quite noticeable. I still however hate restarting Firefox whenever I install new add-ons. I can see myself keeping Chrome as my default browser for quite some time still for both the speed and the simple fact that the updates are seamless and are good at keeping pace with security/performance issues.
Also, if anyone is using Chrome and wants a few extension/add-on suggestions here are a few of my favourites:
Unless it's being used by a much older matronly figure I find it very condescending especially when used by a peer. The only person I know that uses 'hun' is an absolute pain and tries to be condescending/rude/patronizing at any given opportunity.
I feel really weird every time I watch this video but I find it oddly catchy. I think what really makes the remix good is how the two videos were mixed for comedic effect.
P.S. I didn't find the video myself it was forwarded to me so don't ask how I came upon this animal.
I enjoy the ME a lot but I find way the ORIGINAL Star Wars trilogy to be better. Though I can't stress enough that I loves me some great science fiction in all of its forms.
I switched to Chrome a long time ago and haven't had a regret. All of the addons work just as well (for my browsing) and it's lightning fast by comparison to FF.
