Of course, these are mostly going to be sequels. All new IPs are more difficult to get excited about until theyve been tried and tested.
The following are games I am likely to pick up at release and even pig-headedly ignore less-than-stellar reviews for.

Got burned a little by FFXII, but this one looks amazing. Can they repeat the magic of FFX?
I've enjoyed Halo 3 and ODST. By the time this rolls around I should be ready for some more.
IV seems ages ago!
I dont like that they are getting rid of the time limit, but it could still work.
Hopefully NATAL will be optional on this one.
if its even out this year.
