Hey everyone,
I'm trying to remember a game from my childhood. I believe it was made in the 1990s. You play as a cop/agent in a blu-ish car with guns and missiles. Throughout the game you're fighting bad guys being lead by a man named Lazarus. Pretty sure it's a Playstation One game. Any help figuring what game it is would be appreciated.
