Don't know whether this qualifies, but since it's about burgers, what's the opinion on spicy chicken fillet burgers? There's a great little family chain of fast food outlets where I live and they have this really nice fillet burger.

Juicy chicken breast covered in hot spices, topped with lettuce, onion, cucumber and mayo jammed together in soft seeded buns. The buzz from the spice is just outta this world! All washed down with classic Irn-Bru.

A fan facing the console would get it more hot right? I am thinking to put the back of the fan facing the console would vent hot air away from the console thus helping it to keep cooler? Or doesn't it work that way.

I'm still on my first for like 2 years now. Done 12 hour sessions very often too and all seems intact.
