I've started playing Starfield over the last week or so (after dropping it 15 hours in at release) and I'm having a pretty good time. On one hand the ability to fast travel mostly anywhere does negate the sense of an interconnected world. On the other hand it's a godsend if you just wanna get some quests done that you don't have to worry about ship fuel and travel time. You just warp to the place and do the thing. The story isn't particularly compelling so far but I'm enjoying being in that world and doing Bethesda things.

As a self-employed videographer you have no idea how much this speaks to me. I loved Alan Wake 2 for so many reasons and your words helped me process some other reasons too. Jan you're an absolute gem <3
