One of my favorite games of all time, period. The first one was great, but it had some pretty significant flaws. Luckily, Uncharted 2 didn't fix any of them, it just threw them out and replaced them with the most jaw dropping set pieces. But it's not all set pieces, the originals story and characters were what made it enjoyable. Yet Uncharted 2 still outdoes it's predecessor in this area as well. The characters are even more lovable and pacing... wow. It's just such a damn good game all around. This is was Uncharted 1 wanted to be and what other action games should strive to be.

I just played and beat this game today. A Christmas present. I haven't even gotten to the multiplayer yet, but I don't feel I really have to. It's not a very big leap from Call of Duty 4, which was one of the best campaigns I'd played, but it's not a step down either. It's still incredible ride. Intense, fun, and riveting. A lot of people complained that there was just to much going on and while I wouldn't mind if it slowed down at some point, the game hooked me and wouldn't let me go. I beat it in one sitting. It stole Christmas Day from me and I didn't mind one bit.

Beautiful. Wonderful. Peaceful. A little pretentious, but that's very easy to look over. Another one of my favorite game, period.

DUDE! The ending!??!! What!?! Best ending of the year. Oh, the rest of the game is pretty fuckin' awesome, too. Everything that didn't work in the first game wasn't in this one. But everything that did work is in this game, plus a bunch of other really cool things that I didn't know I wanted in an Assassin's Creed game. And that ending!!!

METAL!!! I know people don't like the RTS stuff, but I didn't mind it and in fact, I liked it in some spots. Not a perfect game, but it's my first Tim Schafer game and I see why he's so revered in this medium. LIke I said, far from perfect, but that's not a bad thing to me. IT'S JUST SO FUCKING METAL!!!!!! DOUBLE FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINA!!!

The first game I played this year and I kept coming back to it through out the year. It's not the best game of the year, but it scratched the Call of Duty 4 itch before MW 2 came out and should be commended for that.

So... yeah... uuuuummm... I don't what to say about this... but I gotta put on here. Never seen anything like it before much less played anything like it before. Unique is not a strong enough word for it. I just love ridiculous things and as such, I love this... "game". Soooo..... there ya go.

So, I haven't finished this game yet. In fact, I've only played about an hour of it. But here's the thing. For most of this year, I've been completely broke. As a result, I've only played the nine games I've listed. So... yeah. But I must say, I'm not an RPG guy, but what I've played so far of this game (on the ps3 no less), it's been a blast.
