@lackingsaint: yea pretty much all the "giant thing" boss battles were rough due to the camera. I'm currently fighting Ebrietas and the camera just goes insane if I get close to her. It's the one thing, even more than the load times, that I wish From would fix in this game and future games.

Hey guys, has anyone started a lore discussion thread yet? I feel like it would be fun to discuss this stuff with the community, but this thread seems dedicated to gameplay related discussions.

Edit: I think I'm going to try to get as much out of the game before I finish my first playthrough as I can since I'm fighting Micolash and I figure I'm close to the end. I can see myself doing a new game + but probably in a month or two. I think I've only got five bosses left in the game including the secret one. Is there anything you guys would absolutely recommend I not miss? I don't care about spoilers, I want to find everything I can for the lore.

So I didn't plan on going back, but the DLC seems pretty awesome and it seems like it REALLY fills in gaps in the lore/story of the game (I watched some of Vaatividya's lore vids which have spoilers). That being said I'm going to wait for it to drop in price since I still have it on the 360. I feel like I won't be able to move on from Bloodborne until I've found all the gear and read all the descriptions.

This is not a joke. I died to the Cleric Beast six times and I beat Father G first try. Don't know how, at the end I had one blood vial left of the twenty I started with, and I jumped in the air and pumped my fist like I had done something important. After that just about every other boss has wrecked me, besides blood starved beast who I cheesed into a column and circled around him slashing until he died.

Souls pvp was a weird thing for me. I started out hating it and blaming it for halting my progression. However, by my second playthrough of Darksouls I loved it. Couldn't wait to invade/be invaded. I think it's a shame the opportunity isn't there, but I don't think it's as much of a loss in this game as it would be if this was Demon or Dark Souls since Bloodborne wants to be its own thing.

Easiest way I've found is have a weapon with high damage output (I used the saw clever +3) and stay behind her. Just try not to attack unless the opening is clear, usually after her pounce you can get in some good shots. Also carry those potions you can through that disable her healing ability, I've seen people use them. If you haven't yet, I would recommend clearing the area to the left of the cathedral stairs so that you can get the item that let's you buff your weapons.

Hey so I sent the bloody guy from the windmill to the church and he's killed everyone. How bad did I screw up? I also attacked him and he's in full beast mode lol. Should I make a new character? I feel like I messed up real bad here...

@oldirtybearon: wow.... man thanks for the tip. I can confirm you start seeing some bizarre stuff past 40 now which is why I held on to it. Think I want to shed some though

@oldirtybearon: Ah okay well I got the item that let me go to a certain nightmare place. I went through the first lamp area but after I went outside I got killed in pvp and left. I'm currently fighting the boss of the forest area. I have 44 insight. Would you recommend continuing the Frontier area or going somewhere else? That boss battle is really destroying me. Also should I got back to Odeon Cathedral and check out that area where you get the top hat now that I have the item?
