I enjoyed Flight, I really did, but there just wasn't enough there and I don't think the team was big enough to give people what they wanted.

If you've played Flight Simulator X, you know Flight had some pretty big shoes to fill. I certainly realize they were going for something different, more concentrated and focused missions, but the free-to-play model and trickling out DLC seems like a bad choice for the spiritual successor to a game that let you fly around the world out of the box.

I always theorized TC, was actually T&C.. as there are no gaps with the "&" symbol.

TC gaps usually appear in levels by the Pacific.. School (assuming this is California), San Fran, East LA, Australia. Town & Country is a surf company out of Hawaii and the connections between the surfing and skating culture are pretty apparent. I also recall video of Neversoft employees (maybe even Joel Jewett) talking about their affinity for surfing. Again, all a theory, though. Could just be some random guy. Someone should ask someone official, this has sparked my curiosity again.

Not only do I think they should be allowed to, I hope the next gen completely kills used games by introducing console cd keys, just to hear a bunch of shitty entitled gamers cry.

@JackOhara: Look, I came into this thread with the wrong attitude, and I apologize. It was mostly just frustration.

I don't have time to watch the video, can you please explain to me why this problem of maniacs going on massacres is a more abundant issue in the United States than it is in other developed countries and the homicide rate is also higher? See Wikipedia's list of massacres in various nations. The UK has had one massacre in the last 15 years, the US has had 4 so far this year. The only connection I can see is the amount of guns. I'm just trying to learn more, I genuinely can't see why else there is the disparity in America compared to anywhere else.

I'm not opposed to guns for recreational purposes, my Dad has an active antique rifle. The only reason people seem to want guns for protection is because other people have guns, and it's too far gone to break the chain. I don't know what the solution to America is, but I'd like to learn what the problem is.

Your gun argument will always work since you conveniently don't count bombings as massacres.

@Crushed: Fair enough. But what we were initially talking about was the argument of "well you got hours of entertainment out of it, it can't be bad"

It sounds like you didn't get that many hours out of it. If you only enjoyed maybe 3-5 hours of playing, and thought even that was kind of junky, then yeah, you're at a 6$/hr ratio for bad entertainment, and I can see why you're bummed about that.

I was more talking about people complaining after they've sunk 120 hours that it's a bad game. My contention is that if you have gotten 2 hours out of the game for every 50 cents you've spent, it doesn't really matter whether it's good or bad at that point. You've been entertained at above a reasonable cost.

People who are invested in something have no right to complain? Wow, I'm glad you aren't responsible for anything that impacts my life with such retarded logic.

Go play an unpatched Phil Fish game.

I work for a production company in LA and I edit gonzo porn all day.. I watch innocent, under-developed, oblivious little 18 yr olds get force fed all day.. I would seriously be out of a job if the world wasn't so hypocritical. These animal lovers have priorities!
