For what it’s worth I’ve never paid for a stage, and I have them all.

Also, there are costumes you don’t need to spend real money on, but I do wish there were more... and that they weren’t like $6 CAD..

You still get FM from playing singleplayer via leveling up characters. Early levels go very quickly too.

Finally... Grind or not, isn’t SFV literally the only modern fighter that even gives you a chance to buy characters with in game money? On top of that the character prices are better or equal iirc.

I’m hoping for some deep discounts on many costumes & colours myself though, so I understand wishing there was more in the box.

One thing I noticed, maybe on purpose, maybe not, but there doesn't seem to be any search result refresh trigger on deleting letters.

I'm on Mac OS 10.13.2, Safari 11.0.2, but also confirmed same behaviour on Firefox 57.0.4

for ex:

• type "shoryuken"
• you will get results
• add an extra "n" (shoryukenn)
• now you have 0 results, which is correct
• delete the extra "n" on the word
• the results will not refresh

I assume this is on purpose to help with speed and that makes good sense I think. A way to refresh / button in the bar, to open/close the drop down, is maybe a decent solution? Sometimes typing to refresh leads to wonky results / odd user behaviour. As if I am working around the search, rather than with it...

• contribute more to the GB wiki.
• buy even less games! potentially nothing... I have to move this year and am even broker than usual
• I've been going to my FGC locals for a little while now, but haven't made it to a local tourney in too long. I'd really like to.
• I haven't played around with a game engine in 2 years now. I'd like to roll my sleeves up and give it another shot in the spring.

I didn't think I would like Nidhogg II but ended up really loving the matches I played.

I'm a big fan of the first one. I love it's simple look and pure combat. I wasn't an immediate fan of the 2nd game's art and was turned off when I heard there were more weapons. However, after actually playing a few hours of the game I think the new levels are much stronger than the in the 1st game, the music & art style are actually really fun and add to the hilarity of the game, and the new weapons also add to the strategy & variety in real ways. Good game! A reminder that my gut feelings aren't always (ever) right.
