I have basically the same rig as you (GTX 770 and an i5 4670k at 3.4ghz) and ran Ground Zeroes at 1080p60 on ultra so you should be good to go with Phantom Pain.

The PC port of Ground Zeroes was so good (besides the lack of any audio options?!) so I'm definitely getting MGSV for PC as well.

Still playing all the time on PC.
