I had the same problem.  A couple of other quests I have already finished are not being recognized either.

I'm only 15 hours in and i absolutely love it.  I was really skeptical going in but so far it has been amazing.  I believe I am at the end of Chapter 7 or maybe the beginning of Chapter 8. 

It's a really good game however it has its share of problems.  One, its broken!!! Two, it can be incredibly cheap/frustrating.

This game is fucking insane.  I don't usually watch hockey cause I live in San Diego and i have been missing out!
