both of the Syphon Filter games for PSP are awesome, and probably the best shooting action on the PSP. Wipeout Pulse is great. God of War: COO will make you do a double-take it looks and plays so good. if you like SRPGs and haven't already played it you owe it to yourself to get Disgaea. Loco Roco and/or Patapon for something different. Killzone: Liberation is a really good (and really challenging) top-down shooter. o, and -duh- Metal Gear: Portable Ops is fantastic too, although i didn't really get the hang of the controls ntil my second playthrough.

just a few that come to mind. the PSP's game library is criminally underrated IMO. i'd put it up against the DS any day unless you're a six year old girl or someone's grandmother.

These are all great choices. I'll add my own to this list:
Final Fantasy Tactics
Lumines
Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles
and perhaps a more... controversial pick Monster Hunter 2: Freedom.
Also, though I haven't played it I hear that other Final Fantasy game is good too.
