This sounds more like "who's your favorite indie rapper?" based on the responses so far. In the spirit of that, I'll say:

Sage Francis
MF Doom
Cannibal Ox (although on their own, I prefer Vordul over Vast Aire)
Immortal Technique
Aesop Rock
Slug
The Reavers
Murs

Can't wait for this. I put something like 150 hours into Fallout 3 and all the DLCs and I can't wait to step back into that universe. The tweaks Obsidian made all sound positive to me although Hardcore mode sounds a little too hardcore for me. I'm the type of guy that likes to carry 10 guns and two full sets of armor and an ungodly amount of ammo so I'd never be able to move in New Vegas' hardcore mode.

Also, how could you play Fallout 3 without companions? I never went anywhere without Fawkes once I got him as a companion.

For the most part I honestly don't like watching sports much at all. Every time I try to watch a game, without fail, I just sort of lose interest. I guess the exception is World Cup Football and Post-season Baseball.

The funny thing is I don't even like Bungie. I think Halo is a shit franchise (I know I'm in the minority) and the only other game of theirs I've played, Oni, was a steaming pile of shit, and even with all that, I amshocked and disappointed they would ink a deal with Activision. It'll be interesting to find out what happened to Microsoft's first right of refusal and if they gave it up or just passed on this project.

I think the Giant Bomb crew might have gotten a bit overzealous with the requirements of this quest. Didn't the last quest like this only require something like 2500 people for the 1000 extra XP? Not to mention this quest was significantly more difficult/obscure. Honestly it's a problem with a lot of the quests I'd say. The names and 'hints' often leave a lot to be desired. In a lot of the cases they are so broad or random that they might as well be secret achievements and as anyone who pays attention to achievements will tell you, secret achievements fucking suck unless they are secret to prevent spoiling the story.

@Haoshiro: I'd be interested if it could do 1080p but honestly without HDMI out it's more or less useless. As for the Youtube thing, I guess I was mistaken. I knew Vimeo worked on it without an app but I thought for sure I had read YouTube didn't. That certainly is a plus in my book, but again, the lack of any ports that would facilitate expanded storage (SD/MicroSD and/or USB) means you are limited to whatever model you buy and if there is one thing I have learned in the time I've owned Apple products its that next year's model will have 1.5-2x the memory for the same price.

For me the iPad would function mostly as an ultra portable internet tablet and movie playback device (both on the iPad itself when traveling and connected to an HDTV somewhere other than home) and currently it doesn't do either of those well enough to warrant a purchase for me. I guess it's ability to function as an e-book reader is a plus too although I'd imagine the eye strain is as bad as trying to read a book on a laptop or monitor.

Flash not working natively is a big no-no for me. The fact that I'd need to launch an application to watch something on Yutube instead of watching an embedded video on a site makes it a lot less practical than it could be. That and a free whispernet like the Kindle has for things like downloading music and books would be nice.  Support for more video formats, a HDMI out port and smooth 1080p playback would make it an instant buy for me. As is though, it seems like just like a 'cool' device that isn't that useful. Those are the big things but I honestly don't understand why the camera isn't internal on the iPad and for that matter, USB ports or SD/Micro SD port. I mean why the fuck wouldn't that stuff be internal? It makes no sense.

God, I remember hearing about that a while ago. From what I remember the crazy doc wants to sew them together face-to-ass. To daisy chain people I guess you could say. I can't believe IFC would involve themselves in something so horribly trashy looking.

Mass Effect 3 and depending on their release dates Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and Metal Gear Solid: Rising. I suppose though I cannot truthfully answer this question until I know whether or not 2011 will bring The Elder Scrolls V. If that is what Bethesda (the developer) is working on and it's not an MMO, that rockets to the top of my list.

Level 10 now that my S ranks were counted. I'll never see that much XP pop up at once again.
