One of my main problems with them is that they're all pretty generic. Also, the game throws a lot of stuff at you from the get go and I feel like I'm already a bit into the game and I'm still adjusting to the leveling, gem crafting, etc. I still find it a little cumbersome looking around the inventory screen all the time.
The game is pretty overwhelming. Hopefully once I play a bit farther this will turn into a positive aspect instead of just... overwhelming.
The game I've played the most is probably Starcraft 2 with all the online play, but I don't think that counts. I've played through Final Fantasy Tactics 3 times or so, and even though I've only finished most of the other FF games one time, I've started and stopped a bunch of times in each of them. I've probably played through Chrono Trigger 3 or 4 times as well.
lacking. I've heard people talk about how the side quests were fun but the game so far is really easy. There's not much of a point to doing them and they're all really generic. I'm not too far in yet, about 9 hours and I just got to Colony 6. I'm also bothered with all the clutter in my inventory. So far I'm really liking the game, but I'm a little disappointed at this aspect since so many people praised it. Then again, I did have REALLY high expectations for this game.
If you're looking for a simple little game to mess around with I'd check out Terraria on the PC. It's like a 2d minecraft, its really fun to just wander around. Or maybe you're just burnt out on games like others have said. I'm at that point currently.
I got it today with no problems. I'm really getting tired of them pushing me to preorder stuff constantly. The only reason I didn't preorder it is because I immediately shut down when they start pushing me to reserve games. "Anything coming out that you..." "No"
I'm currently playing the remastered first one on my PS3 and its the second God of War game I've played after Chains of Olympus on the PSP. I like it a lot, but I don't think it's the best PS2 game out there. ONE of the best sure, but not the best. Maybe GoW2, but I would say one of the FF games, or Shadow of the Colossus.
The game comes out today in the US and I lollygagged around and didn't preorder it. I'm a huge fan of the past Xeno games and even though this one isn't a lot like them I still love what I see and hear about it and I love me a good JRPG. So has anyone been able to snag the game on release day without preordering? I'd like to pick it up today if possible. Thanks.
