D3 was literally a failure, cementing my belief that Blizzard has gone terminal.

WoW was Blizzard's brainchild, and they drove it into the ground with Cata and Pandaria, and this started in WotLK. They don't come up with good stories anymore and even started releasing titles on VALVE TIME. The amount of playable content, and just in general ability to sit down, play a game, and WANT to keep playing it, is NOTHING compared to how it used to be.

R.I.P. Blizzard, once you were my go-to PC company. Now your just that old drunken war hero that never moved on when the war ended.

A while back there was an issue related to vanity items which caused things to happen such as FacelessVoid's head to disappear. It could be back.

If you want to cast, I solo queue far more than I should. Just let me know in advance so I can be on "good behavior".

Long story short, if they want people to use our real names then there just isn't a choice in the matter. You won't get around it without performing fraud (a crime) if they do it.

Turn Based Combat system's are meant to be strategic. You are supposed to think about what your opponents next moves will be and your own, and sadly that is why moving to the "Real Time Turn Based" thing just doesn't work too well. Remember Magna Carta? There's a prime example -.- The two systems don't go together. The issue is that people keep trying to make little spins on the turn based system that make it worse, frustrate players, complicate game play and generally accomplish nothing in the long run. The old turn based system WORKED when it was JUST turn based action, which is why I would rather stick with it. If strategy games aren't your thing... don't play them. Trying to make strategy games cater to more hack N slash or shoot em up style gamers just doesn't work, which is precisely what the real time strategy thing tries to accomplish.

Personally, I think the future is being made in the Disgaea franchise and their combat system, but if all else fails you just can't go wrong with the old turn based system from FF IX and before. Nostalgia ftw.

Also, does the story mode from FF DuoDecim count for that party battle thing they brought into the game? You did have to tactically think about order and the such.

If all else fails, track down Borderlands.
