Strange that this was posted today considering I just got back into it. I suppose I'll toss you a message in game.

I've found most NRS games are super gamepad heavy versus a fight stick. Like, I own 2 sticks and I cannot play MK to save my life on them, largely because of the block button. As for Injustice, I recall it being hold back to block (a point in the stick's favor in most games, dunno bout this one). In the end, it comes down to preference. There are some folks in FGs that do way better with a pad and some that do way better with a stick. If you aren't comfy with it, don't use it.

@oursin_360 I might be an outlier because I never used a stick in arcades either but I picked up on using one instantly when I got my first one. Weird how that varies from person to person.

@frodobaggins: Just to note, most of the designs in Paladins had concept art well before Overwatch was even announced. Realistically, they're common character types.

That said, it is sorta floaty and it definitely feels like pre-release. I'd hold off on that. Paragon is pretty neat, albeit I am awful at it. Warframe feels better on PC to me, to be quite honest.

Probably Terumi from Blazblue to be honest. Even as antagonist he is the Persona of every shitty, annoying edgelord on the planet. And they all pick him. So I have to hear his dumb KYAHA laugh every time they do an attack. And his distortiobs are long and full of dialogue and he has like 20 of them. FUCK Terumi.

It's all about finding what you like, in the end. I personally use an Octo gate on my Qanba Drone. Modding fight sticks is actually incredibly simple as usually the most you have to worry about is putting wires back in the right spot and not breaking buttons taking them out. If you get pretty into modding, you can dig into spring tensions, button throws, silencing, and more.

If you do get a stick, I'd say grab one anyways and see which you like. I immediately tossed my square gate after using the Octo, but you might feel otherwise.

Despite a lot of people's reactions to this week's UPF, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Ben was pretty much into every game played, even if a lot of people aren't fans of seeing said games on streams.

Mass Effect 2.

I'll second this motion. This is going to sound dumb, but I prefer the combat in 1 like a million times more. It's more akin to a traditional RPG as opposed to a TPS dressed up to look like an RPG that every ME has been since.

I usually do them for the writing, as I did in the first one (YEAH THAT'S RIGHT, I DID ALL THE FISHING SIDEQUESTS IN THE FIRST GAME). You can totally skip them if you want, but I do them out of a need to do them for writing purposes.

SuperBestFriends mostly, with their most notable series being the Sadness Trilogy (Beyond:Two Souls, Heavy Rain, Indigo Prophecy) with Omikron as a bonus and Detroit when it comes out. I mostly watch because they have similar interests to myself and get hype over fighting games and shit as well.

If it counts, Vinny and Joel of Vinesauce put up their streams. They're relaxing to listen to and have a good share of silly moments.

I smell nerds,,,just saying.

That's some real next level comma usage right there.

That said, Oxford comma all day. Nothing seems right without it although I have been docked points on papers for using it and I got annoyed by that.
