So there have been some reports of issues with power draw at the rails, recommending against overclocking if you bought one of the reference models to avoid mobo damage, and as always NEVER buy reference models. Wait for the partner models to release, they will almost undoubtedly have at least the same performance with better cooling specs. Once I see some benchmarks in terms of power/noise/heat from the partner cards I'll probably pick one of these up. It's a good upgrade that is relatively well future proofed for those of us on the cheaper end of the spectrum.
@manqy: Yep this is where I'll probably go as well. My card is pretty old but 200 bucks to run MOST games at high quality 1920X1200 is more than enough for me, and the price point is amazing. I'm waiting to see some more benchmarks first, but if things look good I'll probably pick one up.
@edgework You should have whoever made this post include some of the benefits that CBS offers as not including them doesn't make it look very competitive. The job posting is also really general, it's like you're looking for a front end engineer and DevOps person all in one which is unicorn status.
@wemibelec90: Yeah that was really the only part I found intrusive. Last time when there was a robot on I don't think they ever named it directly. Jeff also jokingly named it and showed it off which was good.
For everyone else mentioning the Disney Infinite stuff that's just a given when Vignocchi is around, I don't like it either but I come into the show expecting that if he's on.
