Just Got Netflix, Xbox Instant Streaming.

It's really good, so far. I was able to watch the majority of the first season of The Whitest Kids U Know, and I'm currently watching a Henry Rollins special. One major plus is that they have the entire Monty Python's Flying Circus on instant streaming, which I'm sure is a major plus for many of you, as well. I would recommend it to anyone reading this.

It's  probably the best feature on the 360 (aside from playing games, of course). I've been using it to finish up the last two seasons of The Office. After I finish season 4 I can just add 5 to my queue. God I love Netflix.

@iam3green: Yeah, it does depend on your connection, with broadband being the best.

So how exactly would one go about signing up for it? Can you do it straight from your 360 or do you have to subscribe online? Hidden fees?

@atlantabrave04: No hidden fees, though you'll need a Gold account and a router. While you have your Xbox turned on, it will give you a code you'll need to enter at the Netflix site to activate. Before all of that, though, you need to sign up for your Netflix account on their site. (Unlimited streaming will cost you at least $8.99 per month, as that is the cheapest package that contains such an offer)

I never had to have my pc on for streaming purposes with netflix, and the streaming quality has always been decent enough for me.

You've got some sort of wonky setup if you have to have your PC on to stream netflix. all you need is:

Ethernet modem --> Router -->360

You should have one cable going to the router and one cable going from the router to your 360.  Another cable goes to your PC giving your PC internet separately from your 360.  Both systems should be able to receive an internet connection independently of each other.  You shouldn't have to daisy chain off your computer connection.

You can get a decent router at best buy if you don't have one for about 60 - 80 bucks.

Sorry if you already know all this stuff, just sharing what I know.

I know, here in Canada we have nothing like that...no Hulu, Netflix, Boxee. It's really quite a shame.

Using a good old dsl 100mbps connection, it gets the job done for the most part.
I also like instant streaming for all the damn tv shows they have for you.
