A platformer this tough is only as good as its controls. Luckily it controls perfectly. The art, style, humor, charm and especially the soundtrack send it above all other games this year, and straight into the discussion of one of my favorite games of all time.

I got really, really involved in another Fallout world. After two games in the series (that I've played) this is probably my favorite RPG series ever.

Any 2D platformer with gravity altering puzzles is a friend of mine. Way too short for $15.

Great year for the wii. Unfortunately, I expected more from this one. Poor design choices - particularly the control options - brought it down just a bit.
